Flora Nan Tipton passed away Sunday February 15, 2015 at Texoma Healthcare Center Sherman, TX.

Graveside services for Nan will be held Wednesday 1:00PM February 18, 2015 at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman. Rev. Josh Burton will officiate. The services are under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home.
Nan was born August 3, 1924 in Greenville, TX, to Lee and Edith Blackwell. She attended school in Greenville and later worked as a Dental Assistant in Burbank, CA. Nan accompanied her husband at various duty stations while in the Army. Nanna was a good soldier.

Nan is survived by her husband Bob Tipton; two daughters, Martha Lasswell of Sherman and Aleda Kissenger and husband Jim, of The Woodlands, TX; grandsons, Marc R. Morris and wife Heather, of Midwest City, OK; Jon R. Morris and wife Jody, of Miami, OK; Brandon L. Lasswell and wife Marci, of Denton, TX; and Joey P. Kissinger, of The Woodlands, TX. Five great grandchildren, Libby, Brant, Annsleigh, Kayden and Ace. Nan is also survived by a sister, Alta Burch of Sherman, and three Nephews, Mike, Larry and Phillip.
Nan was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Nanedda Morris.
