Gunter-Greg Palmer Hasten, 22yrs, passed away Friday April 10, 2015 in Gunter, TX. Visitation will be held Monday, April 13, 2015 6-8pm at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman, TX. Funeral services will be held Tuesday April 14, 2015 2pm The Refuge in Denison, TX. Ray Matthews will officiate.

Greg was born in Sherman April 5, 1993 to Joseph Hasten and Casey (Thorne) Hasten. He was a miracle from the very beginning, having started life three months early. He grew up to have a passion for music, video games, and anything involving technology. His dream was to become the foremost authority in IT and he was always building his monster computers and self-teaching himself to do more.

He is survived by his father, Joseph Hasten of Denison; mother, Casey Hasten of Addison, TX; brother, Garrett Hasten of Corpus Christi, TX; grandmother, Carol Thorne of Gunter; grandfather, Richard and wife Beverly Thorne of Pottsboro, TX; grandparents, Leo and Margie Hasten of Pottsboro; aunt, Amanda Tabor of Dallas, TX; aunt, Andrea Lashley and husband Brandon of Denison; aunt, Teresa Winkler of Pottsboro; uncle, Troy Hasten and wife Trina of Pottsboro, uncle, Michael Hasten and wife Korrie of Pottsboro; great aunt, Juretta Gonzales and husband Jim of Baltimore, MD; and many cousins.
