Obituary
Southmayd- Derrell Wayne Cummings, 57yrs, passed away April 21, 2016 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. Visitation will be held Saturday April 23, 2016 6-8pm at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman. Graveside services will be held Sunday 1pm April 24, 2016 at Holloway Cemetery. Chaplin Jerryd Wallace will officiate.
Derrell was born August 20, 1958 to Greta (Rhodes) Moore. He enjoyed spending his time hunting and going fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Greta Moore of Sherman; brother, Robert Cummings of Sherman; brother, Ronald Cummings and wife Debbie of Sherman; grandson, Noah Holt; grandson, Brendan Collum; granddaughter, Bryanna Hess; grandson, Anthony Hess; stepson, Tracy Hess, and stepson, Tony Hess.
Derrell was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Delois (Olsen) Cummings; son, Rodney Cummings; and his father, Ray Moore.
