Joe Stephen White Sr. age 65 of Howe, Texas passed away Thursday, December 29th in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Mr. White was born in Sherman Texas at St. Vincent Hospital.

He was survived by his son Joe White Jr. of Denison and family: Amanda Joe Freeman and husband Nick, Logan White, and Nicholas Freeman Jr. of Howe; his daughter Julie White McMillan and husband Steven of Denison and Samantha McMillan, Brett Miller, Kaitlynn, Austin, and Paige McMillan of Denison; his daughters Lisa M.Riley of Howe, Marissa Gaines of Howe, and Serina Riley of Howe. Mr. White is also survived by his Uncle Eldon Roberts of Howe, Uncle Royce Roberts of Tom Bean, and many cousins.

Mr. White was an amazing father and grandfather. He had a good heart and loved to work. He work as a truck driver for most of his life and enjoyed what he did.

The family will have a viewing on January 6, 2017 from 6:30-8:30pm at Waldo Funeral Home located at 619 N. Travis St. Sherman Texas.

A memorial service will be held at his home in Howe located at 6303 Knob Hill Rd. at a later date.
