Frances Elaine (Jay) Corcoran was born July 31,1933 in Bisbee, AZ to Austin and Mary (Nowlin) Jay, both of whom were from pioneer Arizona families.

Elaine is survived by Bob, her husband of 69 years. She is also survived by her daughter Mary (Lou) Giebel of AZ, and sons Larry (Denise Corcoran of Howe, TX, Paul (Karla) Corcoran of Sherman, TX and Fr. Anthony Corcoran, SJ, Apostolic Administrator to Kyrgyzstan. She is also survived by her much loved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces an nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Joseph, her parents Ma and Austin and her sister Pat Lake of Sherman, TX.

Services will be held on Wed. January 12 ^th at 10:00AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church, Van Alstyne, TX.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Family Catholic Church building fund, 919 Spence Rd. Van Alstyne, TX 75495.

In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated and her cremains will be interred at St. Mary's Cemetery in Sherman, TX.
