Harold Elmer Falk Sr
Harold Elmer Falk was born October the 16 th , 1932 in Zion, Illinois to Elmer Albert Falk and Lois Louise Stayton. He was the oldest son of eight children and grew up on a dairy farm in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
He graduated from Zion-Benton High School in Zion, Illinois in 1950.
Harold enlisted in the Air Force and served in the Korean Conflict from March 21, 1952, until March 20, 1956. He was stationed at Perrin Field and was a jet mechanic and responsible for saber jets. Harold met Patsy Crowder while stationed at Perrin Air Force Base. They were married at Forrest Ave. Baptist Church in Sherman on June 24, 1955. Harold was owner/operator of Harold E. Falk Construction from 1958 to 2021, specializing in dirt, sand, gravel, asphalt, driveways, and parking lots. Harold was a passionate student of God's Word, always starting his day with the Word and prayer. He loved hearing and supporting the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Mr. Harold Falk is survived by his wife of 66 years, Pat of Denison; daughter, Donneita Morriss and husband Larry of Sherman; son, Dan Daniel and wife Heather of Denison; son, Harold Falk Jr. of Denison; and daughter, Lori Snedden and husband Bill of Sherman; six grandchildren, Melissa Davis and husband Mike of Bells, Stephanie Hudgins and husband Jack of Sachse, Sterling Howard and husband Joe of Washington D.C., Austin Snedden and wife Candice of Oklahoma City, Bryan Daniel and wife Stephanie of Denison, and Ben Daniel and wife Nicole of Denison; ten great-grandchildren, Gabe and Maddie Gibson, Adalyn, James and Caleb Hudgins, Morrison Howard, Jason Snedden, Elizabeth and Colby Daniel, and Alex Daniel. Harold is also survived by three sisters and one brother and Pat's sister.
A celebration service will be held on Saturday Feb. 19, 2022, at West Hill Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. You can sign the online register book at waldofuneralhome.com.
