On Monday April 5, 2021 Misti Michelle Mathis, went to see the lord at the early age of 41.  Misti was born on June 7, 1979 in Sherman Tx to Bobby and Jackie Mathis.  She loved hanging out at Lake Texoma, being outdoors, nature, doves, Chica Marie, her precious dog baby, fishing on the pond and most of all family.  Misti was incredibly smart, witty and could always make you laugh.  Her caring heart was genuine, and she had such a bright loving soul.

Misti was preceded in death by her grandparents Glenda and Jack Burleson and John Billy and Beatrice Mathis and her uncle, Skip McKissack.  She is survived by her father and mother Bobby and Jackie Mathis, her brother Lee Mathis, sister Kristi Urquhart and brother-in-law Kris Urquhart, nephews, Landry Urquhart, Baylen Bayless, and Brennan Bayless, cousins Shelly Morgan, Charlie and Tina Imbert, Holley and Adrian Bowman, and Trey Mathis.  She is also survived by Aunts and Uncles, Chuck and Missy Imbert, Bill and Bettie Mathis, and the love of her life, Conchita Tormos and son Noel Tormos. Misti is also survived by many 2nd and 3rd cousins. Misti was the godmother for Haeleigh Morgan, Emalee Morgan and Natalie Morgan.

Misti's wishes will be followed through by all her family, to love each other, have good spirits and let the doves fly.

It will be hard without you. We will never stop loving you. See you again one day.

There will be a private service for family.
