Patsy Farris (Wilson) was born and raised in Denison, Tx by her parents Ezella Marie Birdow and John Faris on August 28, 1961.  She received her education in Denison.  She affiliated at the New Hope Baptist Church in Denison where she taught Sunday School.  She worked at several loan companies, and she started working at Fannin Cash Advance where she became the manager.

She became ill in 2014, but continued to work, she did her job well until July 15, 2022, when God called her home from labor to rest.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ezella Marie Birdow and John Farris; brothers Anthony Birdow, Andrew Birdow; sisters Jackie Johnson and Lenora Birdow.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her son William Farris, daughter Shamika Farris, sisters Elizabeth Birdow, Cindy Brown (Stanley Brown), Nicole Birdow; brother Jerel Lee Birdow; four grandkids Jazmine, Trevon, Adrian and Adrianna and a host of nieces and nephews.

A public visitation will be Wednesday, July 20 ^th from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman.

The funeral service will be Thursday, July 21 ^st at 10 A.M. at Trinity Lighthouse Church, 2915 Spur 503, Denison.  Rev. Raymond England is the host pastor and officiating will be Rev. Stanley Brown.  Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Denison.
